Goya 9 Terms & Conditions — Know Them, Understand Them, Play Safely

• There are no additional fees on deposits, though your payment provider's own charges may apply.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, goya 9 reserves the right to hold the funds until verification is complete.

The following rules must be followed when withdrawing winnings from goya 9:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 1–24 hours to process.
• Withdrawals from bets placed using a bonus are subject to specific wagering requirements.

Goya 9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be read before acceptance.

• Welcome Bonus: A bonus of up to 100% is available on your first deposit. A minimum wagering requirement of 10x must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds.
• Reload Bonus: A minimum deposit of BDT 1,000 is required for the weekly reload bonus, and a 5x wagering requirement applies.
• Cashback: Cashback bonuses can be withdrawn without any wagering requirements.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — such as multiple members of the same household claiming the same bonus — is strictly prohibited.
• Goya 9 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.

The following rules are mandatory when placing bets on goya 9:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error on the platform renders the bet void.
• Odds may change during Live Betting due to network latency. The odds accepted at the time of bet placement will be the final applicable odds.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, goya 9 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Any bets linked to match-fixing or other illegal activity will be voided immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on goya 9. Violations will result in permanent account closure and may lead to forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Exploiting any bug or technical glitch on the platform.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions involving illegally obtained funds.
• Abusive behavior or threats directed at the customer service team.
• Collecting or misusing the personal information of other members.
• Attempting to compromise or disrupt the platform's security systems.

Goya 9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• Violating any clause of the Terms and Conditions.
• If KYC verification has not been completed, or if false information has been provided.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Where required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
• At the member's own request.

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before closure, unless the account is being seized due to fraudulent activity.

A monthly maintenance fee of BDT 50 may apply to inactive accounts; however, no further fees will be charged once the balance reaches zero.

Goya 9 believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We actively encourage all our members to play responsibly and work to prevent problematic gaming behavior.

• Each member can set daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits on their account.
• A self-exclusion option is available to temporarily suspend your access to the platform.
